The Office of the Controller program sections staff will be in various trainings in the next few weeks for the new ERP system. There may be some delay in processing of documents during this time period. Your understanding and patience would be appreciated.

This memorandum is notice that OMB Office will provide limited services from Monday, October 13, 2025, to Friday, October 17, 2025. This will be from 9:30am to 4:30pm each day. OMB staff will be attending training to prepare for implementation of the new Budget Development System by Arctic IT/ERP. OMB will resume regular business hours on Monday, October 20. 2025.

This memorandum provides formal justification for the FY 2026 insurance billing process. At this time, chapters have not received an approved budget for FY 2026. Accordingly, the Risk Management Program will not bill for FY 2026 General Liability coverage until chapters confirm their approved budget allocations.
