Department of Personnel Management

The Department of Personnel Management (DPM) Recruitment Section is transitioning to the Dayforce Recruiting platform, with a Go-Live Date of June 9, 2026, marking a significant modernization of the Navajo Nation's hiring processes across all Executive and Legislative Branch departments and programs. This shift will replace the current PDF-based recruitment process with a centralized, automated system that enables Hiring Managers to submit and track requisitions directly in Dayforce, provides supervisors with real-time approval visibility, and reduces manual routing and paperwork Nation-wide.

All Hiring Managers are required to attend one of four training webinars — scheduled on May 26, May 28, June 2, or June 4, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM — covering system navigation, requisition submission, and candidate management. Existing Dayforce users will access Recruiting through their current credentials, and employees without access will receive login details prior to Go-Live. Recruitment requests already in progress may continue under the current process, and fillable PDF forms will be accepted through June 8, 2026; however, effective June 9, 2026, all new recruitment actions must be submitted through Dayforce. Questions may be directed to the DPM Recruitment Team at recruitdocs@dpm.navajo-nsn.gov or (928) 357-6706.
