On June 9th, 2026, The Department of Personnel Management (DPM) has released a new system for Hiring Managers to manage the interview and selection process within the Dayforce Recruitment Module. This instruction manual will cover the functionality necessary to select and hire a candidate. The three primary functionalities you will be using are the Offer Letter, Pre-Hire Questionnaire, and Hire Forms. This manual assumes you have already created the requisition and have candidates within the Dayforce Module. If you need to create a requisition, please refer to the pdf that contains those instructions.
