This memorandum notifies all Navajo Nation departments and programs that the Department of Personnel Management has reinstated the submission and acceptance of Personnel Action Forms (PAFs), effective immediately, while additional testing and troubleshooting continue with the Dayforce system. During this transition, payroll-related information will continue to be processed through existing methods, and supervisors and employees must continue to follow standard timekeeping procedures. This temporary adjustment is being made in the best interest of employees—particularly in light of recent payroll concerns.
