Department of Personnel Management

Please see the attached memorandum from the Department of Personnel Management (DPM) and the Office of the Controller’s Payroll Department for the full statement and detailed instructions regarding Dayforce, current payroll processing, and required employee actions.

At this time, we are emphasizing one immediate action item related to payroll corrections: Paper timesheet submittals for Pay Period Ending (PPE) December 26, 2025. To address the payroll issues that occurred during PPE 12/26/2025 and support accurate review and correction, all departments and programs are required to submit paper timesheets for PPE 12/26/2025. Additionally, an approved back pay form must be included for any employee who was underpaid or not paid for that pay period.

Please note that a firm deadline has now been established. All paper timesheets for PPE 12/26/2025 must be submitted to the Payroll Department no later than February 12, 2026. Timely submission is necessary to ensure Payroll can complete reviews and process any required corrections without further delays.
