Department of Personnel Management

The Navajo Nation Department of Personnel Management (DPM) is issuing an urgent call to action for all Navajo Nation Executive Branch employees: critical discrepancies have been identified in thousands of employee records within the Dayforce workforce management system, and time is running out to correct them before the next payroll cycle.

Accurate employee address and tax withholding information are not administrative formalities — they are legal requirements that directly govern how each employee is paid and taxed. Without correct records in Dayforce, the Department cannot guarantee accurate payroll processing, proper tax calculations, or timely benefits/retirement administration.
