Diné Youth 2nd Annual Car Show

We would like to invite you and your team to come out to a community event we are planning and set up a booth. The “Diné Youth 2nd Annual Car Show” is set to take place on Friday, July 19th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. This will be taking place at our complex, located in Fort Defiance, Arizona behind That’s-A-Burger. This benefit car show is meant to bring recognition to “Hogan Hozhoni,” a childcare home, located in St. Michaels, AZ.

Press Release - Groundbreaking to bring Navajo Vital Records and Child Support Services to Eastern Agency

CROWNPOINT, N.M. — Executive Director of the Navajo Division of Human Resources, Debbie Nez Manuel, participated in a groundbreaking ceremony in Crownpoint, New Mexico on Friday, alongside Navajo Nation President Buu Nygren and Speaker of the 25th Navajo Nation Council Crystalyne Curley.

The event marked a significant moment for her division as two critical programs, the Navajo Office of Vital Records & Identification, and the Navajo Nation Department of Child Support Services, are set to start offering services to Navajo communities in the Navajo Eastern Agency.

Wright Express (WEX) Fueling Credit Card - Services Restored

Our services with the Wright Express {WEX) off reservation fuel cards have been restored, so please proceed with the card usage for all off-reservation travels; all processes prior to WEX usage and it's stipulations before the interruption will remain the same. All local agency bulk fuel stations will continue serving our local Navajo Nation vehicles within the confinements of the Navajo reservation.

Staff Development and Training Department has the following dates scheduled for First Aid/CPR/AED Trainings 

Fee for the training is $70.00 plus tax (6%) per individual and a maximum of 20 participants per session.

2024 Annual Youth Hunt

The Navajo Nation Department of Fish and Wildlife is sponsoring the 2024 Annual Youth Hunt for Navajo youth between the ages of 12 and 16 who have an interest in hunting but don't have anyone to teach them the basics of hunting and outdoor life.

Office Closure- Department of Personnel Management

The Department of Personnel Management (DPM) office will be closed on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. DPM will be participating in a work session. Normal operation will resume on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 8:00 AM.

IMS Office Closure

The Information Management Section-Navajo Police Department will be closed all day on Friday, April 19, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The IMS Team will assist the Navajo Police Department in concluding the Dispatchers Week of festivities.

Temporary Office Closure - Ethics and Rules Office

Let this memorandum serve as official notice that the Ethics and Rules Office will be closed to attend their work session.
