Please be advised that the Navajo Department of Retirement Services (NDRS) will have limited services during the week of March 16, 2026, through March 20, 2026. This is due to the Navajo Tribal Utility Authority (NTUA) public notice regarding the water outage in Window Rock, AZ, which is affecting local businesses and tribal offices. 

This memorandum clarifies the current status of the Division of General Services' WEX Bank fuel card account. All associated WEX Bank cards are currently inactive because the account has reached its credit limit, triggering an automatic suspension per WEX Bank policies. Consequently, no fuel purchases or transactions can be processed until balance is settled. 

Roofing maintenance will begin at Administration Buildings One and Two on Monday, March 16, 2026 and conclude by Friday, March 27, 2026, weather permitting.
