WINDOW ROCK, Ariz. – Legislation slated for the Navajo Nation Council’s Winter session next week reauthorizes the Diné Higher Education Grant Fund Act and when enacted, the legislation would distribute $30 million equally between Diné College (DC), Navajo Technical University (NTU), and the Office of Navajo Nation Scholarship & Financial Assistance (ONNSFA).
