This memorandum is to inform all Navajo Nation Divisions, Departments, Programs and Customers that the Office of Hearing and Appeals will be closed from Wednesday, March 4, 2026 to Friday, March 6, 2026. Office will resume Monday, March 9, 2026. Office of Hearings and Appeals will be attending work session with the Navajo Nation Election Administration at Twin Arrows, Flagstaff, AZ.

The Office of the Controller will retire the UPK Knowledge Center training module as the Navajo Nation transitions to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&SCM) ERP.

The Navajo Nation Department of Justice (“NNDOJ”) issues the attached Navajo Nation Services Contract and Modification templates with the form date NNDOJ1-26.

These NNDOJ01-26 forms replace all previous versions, including those issued on October 21, 2025, with form date NNDOJ10-25. Also available at nndoj.navajo-nsn.gov/Contract-Template
