This temporary road closure in front of the Office of the President and Vice-President is
extended to Friday, October 3rd. The crosswalk installation is expected to be completed in this
area and the parking lot by the Veteran’s Memorial Park remains open. Please use caution and be
vigilant of the workers in the area during this time.

On October 1, 2025, per Resolution #CS-44-25, the FY 2026 Comprehensive Budget was posted in the Financial Management Information System (FMIS). Funds are now available to Branches/Divisions/Programs.

In addition, per Resolution of the Budget & Finance Committee # BFAP-21-25, the FY 2026 Budget Instruction Manual (BIM) approved all budgets at the Level of Detail (LOD) 4 in FMIS. The FMIS will monitor activity for Budget, Procurement and Account Payable at LOD 4.
