As we prepare to Go-Live on December 13, 2025, the Navajo Nation Department of Personnel Management (DPM) will be hosting several online training webinars to help all employees become familiar with the new Dayforce system, which will manage HR, payroll, timekeeping, and employee self-service functions. Every Navajo Nation employee will have an “Employee Role” in Dayforce, while Supervisors and Managers will also hold a “Supervisory Role” with added responsibilities. These trainings are vital to ensure everyone is ready for this historic transition.
