Please let this memorandum serve as official notice that the Navajo Nation Washington Office will 
be temporarily closed on Friday, December 19, 2025, from 12:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. (ET). The 
Washington Staff will be having their staff meeting, reviews, and Christmas luncheon. The Navajo 
Nation Washington Office will return to regular hours on Monday, December 22, 2025.

Let this memorandum serve as official notice the Navajo Nation Fiscal Recovery Fund Office will be closed on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The FRF staff will be having their staff meeting and Christmas event. FRFO will resume their normal business hours Thursday, December 11, 2025.

The WEX Bank Fuel Cards are now active and should be used for all fuel purchases away from a fleet fuel station. Cardholders are expected to use their WEX fuel card for fueling at approved locations.

PCard transactions for fueling are authorized only until 11:59 PM local time today, December 9, 2025. Any fueling purchases made with a PCard after this time may be declined or classified as unauthorized, as appropriate. To prevent transaction declines or operational disruptions, staff are advised to plan to fuel requirements in advance and confirm that the appropriate card is used at purchase.
