Honoring Heart Health Together

We invite you and your family to a “Take Care of Your HEART” workshop hosted by the Restoring & Celebrating Family Wellness Committee at Beclabito Chapter on February 24, 2026.

Facilitated by the Navajo Health Education Program, this free, in-person event will share information on how to take care of your heart to lower the risks of heart disease. In addition, the presentation will provide an overview of heart-related conditions, risk factors, and what you can do to prevent heart disease and manage your health.

WINDOW ROCK, Ariz. – The Navajo Nation Council approved Legislation 0169-25 with amendments, reauthorizing the Diné Higher Education Grant Fund Act by a vote of 17 in favor and 0 opposed, on Friday, January 30.

The Navajo Land Department - ALL AGENCY offices will be CLOSED on Monday February 2, 2026 & February 3, 2026 due to the Urgent State of the Tuba City Land Office. All offices will resume regular working hours on Wednesday February 4, 2026 at 8:00 AM.

The Office of Background Investigations will be closed on February 4-5 from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The staff will be attending the 3rd Annual Peacemaking Program Winter Conference 2026. Normal operations will resume Friday, February 6, 2026 at 8:00am.
